Broxbourne Sailing Club was established in 1924. We are a family friendly, fully inclusive club situated at Meadgate Road, Nazeing.
We offer a wide range of water sports including Sailing, Windsurfing for all ages and abilities.

Our fleets include Laser, Comet, Mirror, K1, Flying15, and Illusions. Our purpose built crane makes us especially attractive to keelboat sailors.

We are an accredited RYA Training Centre with a focus on starting young people and adults on their sailing pathway in addition to improving skills in racing, powerboating and yachting.
We host Open Meetings for K1 and Flying 15, an annual 2 day regatta and each week have Club Racing, all supported by an active Social Calendar.

Youth Sailing @Broxbourne

We are a RYA accredited Training Centre and offer the RYA Youth Training Scheme for 8 to 16 year olds. Contact our Youth Fleet Coordinator for more details.

Our youth fleet runs on Saturdays from April to October, from 9.30am to 12.30pm. These activities are available to club members at a small weekly cost, with a Junior and Associate Membership, or a Family membership.

Our other youth activities include:
Youth Week – 3days of sailing tailored to the developmental needs of individual sailors, and an end-of-week fun regatta.
